If you made a purchase online that was shipped:
You have 3 days upon receiving your parcel to let us know if you'd like to make an exchange for an item of equal or greater value. Email us at email@example.com to make an exchange. Items must be unworn, tags attached and free from damage or stains.
You will be given a mailing address to send the item back to. You are responsible for shipping fees on an exchange. The Hive is not responsible for items lost in transit, so we suggest a tracking number for you to avoid this possibility.
Once we have received the item it will be inspected and we have the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition.
Sale items are final sale.
If you made a purchase in store or placed an online order for in store pick up:
We would be happy to do an exchange on your purchase for equal or greater value or issue a store credit. If you'd like to make an exchange please stop in to our storefront within 14 days of your purchase. Item must be in original condition in which it is unworn and unused. Once we have inspected the item, we have the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition.
All sale items are final sale.
We do not accept returns for a refund of your money at this time unless a product is deemed damaged or defective.

Each item is carefully inspected and placed in packaging before sent out. If something was damaged along the way and you would like to make a claim, please let us know. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!
In order to make a claim you must send photos of the damaged product and the box or package in which it arrived in within 3 days from the time you receive your parcel. We will discuss replacement further once you initiate the claim; we have the right to refuse a claim.
